This experience led to an executive leadership position as the corporate controller for real estate developer the Howard Hughes Corporation where he worked with senior executives to structure million-dollar deals and create shareholder value.
Mr. Trisler has closed over 250 transactions representing over $100 million in volume since retiring from corporate career.
Top Producer, Carranza Wade, has over 40 closed and under contract transactions representing about $15 million in volume during the last two years.
Mr. Wade in 2024 has eight closed and under contract transactions thus far in 2024 and is on pace to set a personal record of over 30 transactions in a single year. Prior to starting a career in real estate, he was a project manager for 17 years with Sprint which was acquired by T-Mobile.
